Week 5 CFRA Rankings

Posted by deaconcat08 on October 4, 2009

We got some new CFRA poll voters this week, and as this poll expands, so does the controversy that emanates from it.  The cumulative Top 25 for week 5 shows that the unbeaten Cincinnati and TCU squads are still ranked ahead of all the one-loss teams that are ahead of them in the AP and Coaches.  In fact, the two BCS busters, Boise State and TCU, are now right on top of each at the 5 and 6 spots, which could lead to some major BCS-busting controversy as the season progresses.  At any rate, here are this week’s College Football Researcher’s Association rankings:

Note- the teams ranked in the CFRA poll are the exact same as those in the Coaches’ Top 25.
