College Basketball Picks for March 12th

These spreads are based on the current lines according to the World Sports Exchange, and they are ordered from most confident to least confident.

UTEP (-3.5) vs. Tulsa- The Miners are the hottest team in the country right now, and they blew out Tulsa in both of their regular season meetings.

NC State (+6.0) vs. Florida State- I was all over the Wolfpack’s upset of Clemson last night, and I like them again tonight.  The Pack are playing really well right now, and they matchup really well with the Noles, as they beat them by 7 earlier this season in Tallahassee.  Also, the crowd will make this a virtual home game for State.

Michigan State (-3.0) vs. Minnesota- The top 4 seeds in the Big 10 tourney should breeze through their quarterfinal games today setting up a very intriguing and competitive set of semifinals.

Florida (+1.5) vs. Mississippi State- This is the game of the day in my opinion, since it should serve as a NCAA play-in game.  I like the Gators here though, as they beat the Dogs by 7 in their lone regular season meeting.
