These are in order from my most confident pick to least confident. Lines are based on the current spreads at the Caesars Sportsbook.
Cincinnati (-2.5) vs. LA Rams- (Mon) 8:15– I obviously like this line a lot less if Burrow is out, but I think if he plays, the Bengals will put a beating on the Rams to make up for their Super Bowl loss to Sean McVay’s group two years ago.
LA Chargers (Pick) at Minnesota- (Sun) 1:00– I understand these teams are both 0-2, but I think the Chargers are still one of the better teams in the league and the Vikings appear to be in the midst of a down season.
Arizona (+12.0) vs. Dallas- (Sun) 4:25– The Cardinals aren’t nearly as bad as people expected this season, as they really should 2-0 this season. In addition, Glendale is always a tough place to play for road teams. The Cowboys will win this one, but it should be closer than the number.
Miami (-6.5) vs. Denver- (Sun) 1:00– The Broncos appear to be really bad for the second straight season, and the Dolphins appear to to be this year’s surprise AFC Championship contender. Tua and company should win this one by at least a touchdown.
Detroit (-3.0) vs. Atlanta- (Sun) 1:00– I think this will both be a bounce back spot for Detroit (after their disappointing home loss to Seattle last Sunday) and a letdown spot for Atlanta (after their nail-biting home win over Green Bay).
Last Week’s Record: 2-3, Overall Season Record: 5-5
