Every summer since 2007 I have created an intricate set of college football predictions for the upcoming season.  This year is no exception, as I will be using my blog over the next few weeks to publish my predictions.  For my final post in this preview guide, I am giving you my preseason Heisman Top 10.  You will probably find it interesting that it does not include any Ohio State players.  Given the uncertainty as to who will play quarterback and their lack of marquee games, I think it will be hard for any single player to garner the kind of momentum necessary to win this award.
