These are in order from least shocking to most shocking according to the current lines at the Caesars Sportsbook.
Atlanta (-1.5) vs. Houston- (Sun) 1:00– this is just a great spot for the Falcons. It is a home “get right” game after a tough loss in London against a Texans squad who is overachieved the past few weeks.
Jacksonville (+5.5) vs. Buffalo- (Sun) 9:30 AM– I predicted this upset in the preseason and I am sticking to it. The Jags have a huge advantage here as they got to play in London last week and to stay in town while the Bills have to deal with overseas travel, jet lag, etc. Seems like a great spot for Jacksonville.
Pittsburgh (+3.5) vs. Baltimore- (Sun) 1:00– The switch from Pickett to Trubisky might actually be an upgrade for the Steelers, and these divisional games are always tough for road favorites.
Las Vegas (+1.0) vs. Green Bay- (Mon) 8:15– When you have a matchup between two evenly matched squads, always take the home underdog when it is offered.
San Francisco (-3.5) vs. Dallas- (Sun) 8:20– The Cowboys are not the same team away from home that they are in Jerry’s World and that should be increasingly evident in this game against a juggernaut of a 49ers squad.
Last Week’s Record: 3-2, Overall Season Record: 13-7 (my winning ways in pro football comtinue)
