Every summer since 2007 I have created an intricate set of college football predictions for each upcoming season. This year is no exception, as I have utilized my blog over the play few hours to publish my 18th annual college football preview guide, This is the last of the 19 entries in this series of articles, and it is one of the two columns that I have added to the preview guide for the first time this season.
