These are in order from my most confident pick to least confident. Lines are based on the current spreads at the Caesars Sportsbook.
NY Giants (-3.0) vs. Chicago- (Sun) 1:00– Same logic as my UCF/SMU pick in college. A distinctively better team, playing at home should cover a 3 point spread. |
Dallas (-3.5) vs. Washington- (Sun) 1:00– Cooper Rush has played well in his replacement role, as the Cowboys should win this divisional rivalry game by at least a touchdown. |
Miami (+4.0) at Cincinnati- (Th) 8:00– The Bengals haven’t looked good all year, and the Dolphins are on fire right now. |
Pittsburgh (-3.0) vs. NY Jets- (Sun) 1:00– The Steelers aren’t very good this season, but they aren’t Jets-level bad yet like this line reflects. |
Kansas City (-1.0) at Tampa Bay- (Sun) 8:00– Godwin and Evans may finally be coming back this week for the Bucs, but a motivated Mahomes coming off of a surprising loss should be able to outduel a struggling Tom Brady. |
Last Week’s Record: 2-3, Overall Season Record: 9-6 (This was my first losing record of the pro season, but I am still well over .500 for 2022)
